Description
Tesamorelin is a stabilized 44-residue analogue of human growth-hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH), modified at the N-terminus with a trans-3-hexenoyl group that protects it from rapid enzymatic degradation. As a long-acting GHRH reference compound, it is widely used in growth-hormone-axis and adipose-tissue research.
